The Tanzania Premier League Board has announced to the media that it has planned and announced the dates for the three NBC Premier League matches which were previously not scheduled due to the participation of Yanga, Simba, Biashara United, and Azam FC in the Confederation of African Football (CAF)

The Tanzania Premier League Board will continue to review the league schedule and reschedule all matches that, in the schedule announced before the start of the league, did not have a date
In addition, the ethics committee of the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has banned the secretary-general of Biashara United Football Club which is participating in NBC Tanzania Premier League, Haji Mtete from engaging in football matters for five years for failing to comply with the instructions of the International Football Association (FIFA).
The TFF secretariat filed a complaint against Mtete to the ethics committee for failing to comply with FIFA directives regarding the registration of players within that club of the NBC Premier League, an act that is contrary to Article 73 (8) of the TFF code of conduct 2021
FIFA banned Biashara United from signing players from the January 2022 registration window for failing to pay the salaries their player Timoty Omwenga.
The Kenyan player, Timothy Omwenga sued Biashara United FC FIFA for failing to pay him salaries
